Age Requirement: This is an 18+ event. Valid authorised photo ID is required.

MV Calmer is a licensed venue operating under strict RSA and licensing requirements. Cash and card are accepted. Drinks are available for purchase onboard.

Food and snacks are available for purchase onboard. Any menu provided is indicative only and subject to change without notice.

Allergen notice: Our onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. While care is taken in preparation, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens, including gluten, due to the risk of cross-contamination. Guests with significant intolerances, severe allergies or specific dietary requirements should carefully consider whether the available options and onboard kitchen environment are suitable before booking. Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

No BYO: Strictly no BYO food or beverages are permitted.

Dress Code & Footwear: Smart casual dress applies. MV Calmer has steep stairs between levels, so tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are acceptable.

Seating Notice: This is a concert-style cruise event, not a table-service or seated-viewing event. Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel, however seating cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

Guests must not bring their own chairs, stools or other seating onboard. Personal seating may create safety or access issues and may result in refusal of entry.

Accessibility : MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to wharf, gangway and vessel design, event conditions and marine safety requirements. The vessel cannot accommodate wheelchairs.

Guests are responsible for assessing whether the vessel and event are suitable for their individual accessibility, mobility or personal needs before purchasing tickets. Please contact us prior to booking if you wish to discuss suitability. Lack of suitability based on accessibility or personal requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Bag Policy: For safety and security reasons, bags larger than a clutch or purse are not permitted onboard. All bags will be searched prior to boarding. Guests who arrive with larger bags, including backpacks, totes or similar items, may be refused admission without refund.

Please do not leave bags or personal belongings unattended. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen personal items.

Weather: No need to stress about the weather. Rain does not stop the boat from cruising, and there is plenty of covered indoor space across the main and mid decks.

Boarding & Departure: The vessel aims to depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be refunded. No mid-cruise pickups or drop-offs are available.

Total cruise duration may include embarkation and disembarkation. Times may be adjusted at the discretion of All Event Cruises management and/or the vessel Captain.

CCTV, Security & Photography: For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, crew and staff, MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV and security procedures apply.

Professional photography and videography may occur during the event. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests consent to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using images or footage for marketing, promotional and operational purposes without compensation.

Event Conditions: All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with venue policies, safety requirements or responsible service of alcohol regulations.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except in rare circumstances such as extreme weather or public health emergencies, where a full refund may be issued.

Guests are encouraged to view prior event photos on our social media pages before booking to understand the event style, vessel setup and atmosphere. Suitability of the event is at the patron’s discretion prior to purchase. Unsuitability based on seating preferences, event format or personal requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.
