Join us for a guided tour in Spanish of National Happiness, Jeremy Deller’s exhibition, led by artist and cultural mediator Hugo Llanes. Born in Mexico and based in Reykjavík, Llanes has been actively involved in initiatives that promote inclusion and community engagement, including Komd’inn, AIVAG, and Get Together (GETA).
At the core of Jeremy Deller’s artistic practice lies a desire to create connections. To reveal our society and its complexities through the magical power of art. The exhibition features Triumph of Art (2026), a video installation premiering in Iceland, created in collaboration with actors, artists, musicians, dancers, bodybuilders, and synchronized swimmers from across the UK, alongside Warning Graphic Content (1993–2026), a work spanning more than 30 years of Deller’s artistic practice.
Winner of the Turner Prize in 2004, Deller is one of the leading figures in contemporary British art, with collaboration and participation at the core of his practice.
