Since helping redefine rock more than half a century ago, Janis Joplin has never stopped finding new audiences. In Tell Mama!, ARIA Award winner Karise Eden revives the spirit and extraordinary legacy of one of rock's most influential voices in a powerful live concert.
Beginning with an intimate acoustic set inspired by Janis's early folk-blues recordings, the production builds into a full-band performance complete with brass section, breathing new life into classics including Piece of My Heart, Cry Baby, Move Over and Me and Bobby McGee.
More than a tribute, Tell Mama! is Karise's heartfelt interpretation of an artist whose influence continues to shape musicians today, weaving Janis's songs together with her own original, Tomorrow.

Event Finishing Times - all mid week and Sunday events will be scheduled to finish by no later than 11.30pm and on Fridays and Saturdays, no later than 12 midnight.

Karise Eden
Karise Eden is an Australian singer and songwriter. In 2012, she became the winner of the first series of The Voice Australia. Eden subsequently signed with Universal Music Australia and released her debut single "You Won't Let Me". It was one of the four songs recorded by Eden that entered the ARIA Singles Chart top five during the week of 25 June 2012. She became the first artist to achieve this feat since The Beatles, who held the top six positions of the chart in 1964. Eden's debut studio album My Journey was released on 26 June 2012, which contained songs she performed on The Voice, as well as newly recorded covers. The album debuted at number one on the ARIA Albums Chart and was certified double platinum.
