🔞 18+ Event

Valid government-issued photo ID is required. MV Calmer is a licensed venue and all events operate under Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements.

🎟️ Ticket & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser or a refund is otherwise required by law. Late arrival, non-attendance or personal circumstances do not provide grounds for a refund.

👥 Group Bookings & Purchaser Responsibility

Where one person purchases tickets for multiple guests, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring every attendee receives and understands the event information, entry requirements, policies and terms and conditions before attending.

All relevant conditions are made available at the time of purchase. Failure by a guest to read, receive or understand this information does not provide grounds for a refund, credit, transfer or compensation.

Drinks are available for purchase from the licensed onboard bars.

Food is available for purchase onboard. Any advertised menu is indicative and may change without notice.

Cash and card are accepted.

Strictly no BYO food or beverages.

Our onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. While care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens or cross-contamination.

Guests with severe allergies, significant intolerances or specific dietary requirements should carefully consider whether the onboard food service is suitable before booking. Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

👠 Footwear Policy

MV Calmer has steep stairways between decks. Tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are acceptable.

💺 Limited Seating Notice

This is a cocktail-style live entertainment cruise rather than a table-service or seated-viewing event.

Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel; however, seats cannot be reserved or guaranteed. The vessel layout is determined by All Event Cruises according to passenger movement, entertainment requirements, dance-floor space and onboard safety.

Guests must not bring personal chairs, stools or other seating onboard.

We encourage guests to view photographs from previous events on our social media pages before booking to understand the vessel layout and event atmosphere. Suitability based on seating preferences or personal requirements should be considered before purchase.

♿ Accessibility

MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to the design of the wharf, gangway, stairways and vessel. Wheelchairs cannot be accommodated onboard.

Guests with mobility or accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact All Event Cruises before purchasing to discuss suitability. Guests are responsible for assessing whether the vessel and event meet their individual needs prior to booking.

👜 Bag Policy

For safety and security reasons, bags larger than a small purse or clutch are not permitted onboard.

All bags may be searched before boarding. Guests arriving with backpacks, large totes or other oversized bags may be refused entry.

⏰ Departure Policy

Please arrive in plenty of time for check-in. MV Calmer aims to depart at the scheduled departure time and cannot wait for late arrivals. Guests who miss the vessel are not entitled to a refund.

🚢 There are no mid-cruise pickups or drop-offs.

Cruise duration may include embarkation and disembarkation. Advertised times may be adjusted where required at the discretion of All Event Cruises management and/or the vessel Captain.

🌧️ Weather

Rain doesn’t stop the party! MV Calmer has substantial indoor areas across the main and mid decks, so cruises generally operate rain or shine unless conditions prevent safe operation.

🎒 Personal Belongings

Please keep personal items with you at all times. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

📹 CCTV & Security

For the safety and security of guests, crew and staff, MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV and security procedures may be in place throughout the event.

📸 Photography & Videography

Professional photography and video may be captured during the event. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge that images or footage may be used by All Event Cruises Pty Ltd for promotional, marketing and operational purposes.

All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who fails to comply with vessel policies, crew or security directions, responsible service of alcohol requirements, safety requirements or applicable law.
