Jar decorations

Do you want to make pretty jar decorations with other creative people? The jars can be turned into a candle holder to light up the winter days or as a storage for jewelry.
We will decorate the jars with old books, threads and other materials that the library has. There will be jars of various sizes on site, but guests are welcome to bring jars from home.
Who is the workshop for?
The workshop is suitable for adults and older children. Younger children are welcome too, but must be accompanied by an adult who can assist them.
We encourage adults to unleash their creativity and join us for a fun and enjoyable time.
Free admission and no registration are required.
Fabrication is a series of creative workshops held at Reykjavík City Library branches throughout the month:
Spöng City Library – first Wednesday of each month
Árbær City Library – second Tuesday of each month
Úlfarsárdalur City Library – first Thursday of each month
