Night Sky is a project based on Alejandra Aguilar Caballero’s own artistic practice where she experiments with colors and water to create monotypes inspired by the night sky in Norway. The results are unique abstract prints that resemble the sky but also reflect on the gestures, textures, and color combinations that arise through an intuitive almost accidental nature. Through her process, she discovered that the project is a very special way for children to be creative and learn about monotype, which is a very stimulating mix between printmaking, painting, and drawing.
