The Amazing Out Of Control Army Announce First Ever Australian Show in Geelong at The Barwon Club

Presented by Focus Group Music and Ska Nation, Mexico’s explosive ska force Out Of Control Army will launch their first ever Australian tour with a special opening night performance at Barwon Club on Thursday October 15, 2026.

This historic Geelong performance will be the first chance for Australian fans to experience the amazing Out Of Control Army live on local soil, delivering the high-energy show that has made them one of Latin America’s most exciting modern ska bands.

Formed in Mexico City in 2014, the amazing Out Of Control Army have built an international reputation through their explosive blend of traditional ska rhythms, punk spirit, Latin energy and commanding brass arrangements. Their relentless touring schedule, acclaimed live performances and powerful releases have earned them a devoted worldwide following.

Their connection with Australia has grown in recent years, particularly after their successful 2024 Mexican tour with Melbourne Ska Orchestra. That experience helped ignite the band’s desire to tour Australia, with a special recording from that tour due for release to coincide with these Australian dates.

Joining them in Geelong are Melbourne ska favourites The Resignators. Formed in 2005, The Resignators are one of Australia’s most respected ska acts, known for high-energy performances, sharp songwriting and a horn-driven sound. Earlier in 2026, they performed with the amazing Out Of Control Army during a tour of Mexico, where the two bands formed a great friendship that now continues on Australian stages.

Fans can expect a huge night of brass, rhythm, dancing and international ska celebration as Geelong hosts the opening night of this landmark tour.
