Audience Data is Anonymised

You're probably signing up to Promogogo to create campaigns, and get access to our live data platform to see how effective your promotions were.

We believe in protecting everyone's privacy, so the following data is only counted in the aggregate and cannot be traced back to a single individual:

  • page views
  • clickthrough rates
  • ticket sales
  • all other numerical data

Email Lists are Encrypted

However, you can ask your audience to sign up for an email list to get updates from you directly. Their email addresses are protected by encryption and are only accessible to you.

Promogogo will only send automated emails to your audience to confirm subscriptions and other administrative emails that you can edit yourself. Any member of the public can visit a Privacy Hub to access what data Promogogo has about them and request for it to be deleted.

Campaign pages have cookies on them, which all visitors will be notified of. The types of cookies we use are technical to provide our service.

Promogogo is committed to protect the personal privacy of anyone who buys tickets or clicks on your campaigns. The data you'll access is anonymised to protect the privacy of your audience and will look something like this:

Any visitor will be presented with a cookie notification stating this, asking them to accept the cookie or refuse to be even counted anonymously. Promogogo allows you to connect to your Facebook and Twitter accounts if you want. It allows you to post directly to those platforms and view your social data in the context of your other promotional activities.

Any Promogogo user can link or embed to whatever content they want on the web on the page they create.

If any embeds are on the page, the media hosts (your Twitters, Facebooks, YouTubes or Instagrams) may have trackers on the element, but they’re not ours. These have their own independent privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities.
